Last updated: February 13, 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of DeskOS (the 'Service'). The Service is provided by Seven Technologies ('Company', 'we', 'us', or 'our').
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and 'you' refers to that organization.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- Use strong passwords and do not share credentials.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or security incidents.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are compromised or being used in violation of these Terms.
4. The Service and acceptable use
The Service provides a workspace to organize work (for example, calendars, notes, tasks, files, goals, and communications). You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly.
You must not:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Upload or share content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Attempt to bypass security controls, probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or abusing rate limits.
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing, or other deceptive communications.
We may enforce these rules through rate limiting, content restrictions, and account actions to protect users and the integrity of the Service.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of the content you create, upload, or store in the Service ('Customer Content').
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display Customer Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service and as otherwise permitted by these Terms.
If you use the Service within an organization workspace, administrators may have access to workspace content and settings in accordance with the Service configuration and your organization's policies.
6. Third-party services and integrations
The Service may allow you to connect third-party services (for example, calendar providers). If you enable integrations, you authorize us to access and process data from those third parties as necessary to provide the integration.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or changes to their APIs.
7. Plans, billing, and cancellations
Some features may be offered under paid plans. Plan details, pricing, and limits may be described in our product experience and marketing pages.
- Billing: if you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes.
- Renewals: subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with the plan terms.
- Cancellations: you can cancel at any time. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable and the plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
If you need an invoice or have billing questions, contact social@seventechnologies.com.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
You may provide feedback or suggestions. If you do, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.

10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the Service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service will end. Where applicable, we may allow export or retrieval of data for a limited time, subject to technical and legal constraints.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected immediately.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to the Company for the Service during the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you have not paid anything, unless applicable law requires a different minimum.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Where permitted, disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under your local laws that cannot be waived by contract.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the 'Last updated' date and may provide additional notice through the Service.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
